Speaking of removing large number or tough viruses and malwares, most technician I have seen around recommends either Malwarebytes or Emsisoft for their effective cleaning procedures. If you are thinking why not other antivirus program like Avast!, let me make it clear that preventing and cleaning are both different, which is why many vendors develop different product for different purposes.
