Computer is simply a tool for most people whereby "don't fix if ain't broken" is the rule of thumb. However many love to change the appearance of computer including Windows logon screen. For me, the original blue logon screen is dull enough. Wish to change? A registry hack for Windows 7 is available to do so but it's not easy for a novice user.
